Intro to Leading RE

The purpose of this Professional Development is to enable subject leaders to:

• Develop a range of skills and knowledge needed to lead colleagues in the subject area
• Gain an overview of the statutory requirements for leading primary Religious Education
• Explore methods for supporting improvement in the quality of RE teaching and learning
• Examine strategies for raising pupil attainment
